While at a friend’s wedding, I couldn’t help but notice a set of picture frames displayed on the gift table. At second glance, I realized they were wedding photos from the bride and groom’s parents and grandparents. I immediately thought what a great way to connect with the couple’s family history and honor the memory of their late grandparents.

Displaying the bride and groom’s vintage family wedding photos is a great DIY project. It is a good idea to make color copies of the original photos to ensure they are safe. Put the photos in nice frames that compliment your reception decor. And be sure to make labels for each photo to identify who is in each photo and the date of their wedding.

Your guests will gush over the vintage photos and how much wedding traditions and fashions have changed over the years.
